Customer Feedback Surveys are a built-in feature for collecting customer satisfaction data directly within HelpSpot. Surveys are sent to customers via email after their support requests are resolved, and responses are stored alongside the original request for easy reference.
As an administrator, you can create multiple surveys with different scoring types and branding, deliver them through automation rules, use response data in triggers for follow-up workflows, and analyze trends through dedicated reports.
The survey management page is located at Admin > Surveys.
