This update addresses an important security issue. We recommend updating as soon as possible.

Enhancements

• Added new connection options field to the mailbox setup field to allow administrators to pass in custom IMAP options. This allows for connecting to shared mailboxes.
• Improved quick search performance and accuracy.

Bug Fixes

• Improved reliability of forward:true email command.
• Fixed Typo.
• Fixed issue where email options drawer wouldn’t open.
• Addressed issue where KB order changes would not be immediately reflected in the UI.
• Improved login page loading performance for installations not on the public internet.
• Fixed issue where “Do Not Send Email” mailbox default would not stick on update.
• Fixed alert formatting issue on login page.
• Addressed PDOException(code: 42000) error causes when forwarding or quoting request history items with attachments.
• Fixed security issue.
