Enhancements

• Added a new Staff Reassignment report. This report displays the number of reassignment actions that each staff member has completed for a given time period. This report can be helpful in accurately tracking triaging work done by staff.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed issue where new full text indexes could not be created on SQL Server installations that were upgraded from HelpSpot v4.x.x.
