• Added a new request history note when an auto reply loop is detected and stopped.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed blank field that appeared in the filter column selection dialog.
• Fixed bug that caused the usage count on AI prompts to not be updated.
• Fixed email loop detection issue that caused auto reply loops to not be detected in some cases.
• Fixed a missing custom_templates directory that was not included in the HelpSpot download package.
• Added missing translations for the 'I AGREE' validation messages that appear when deleting customer data.
