• Added support for OpenLDAP username formats by allowing username prefixes and suffixes in the LDAP configuration. (Documentation)
• Added support for custom username field definitions for portal ldap authentication.
• Added to/cc/bcc header information from emails to the request history via API.
• The image data flow has been refined to make image handling more efficient. An optional env variable RESIZE_IMAGES has been added if the old image resize behavior is needed.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed issue where the Initial Request column would not populate unless the Request Summary column was also included in the filter selection.
• Fixed new line to BR tag conversion for proper text formatting of long text custom fields on closed requests.
• Fixed error message display and translations for requests with no public notes.
• Fixed issue where column names in some displays would not be loaded in the correct language.
• Fixed issue where selecting Reassign From/To condition in an automation rule and setting the value to "Logged in user" make it appear as "Inbox" after saving the rule.
• Fixed forgot password template action to match current URL on secondary portals preventing an error on form submission. If you have customized the forgot.tpl.php portal template you will need to update it.
• Fixed mailbox checking error in specific cases for IMAP mailboxes
