Fixes

• Password validation errors during initial installation now give better errors.
• Fixed bug where permission groups could not be changed if only one admin was present in the system.
• Fixed bug for staff members replying to email notifications would fail to update the customer.
• Password reset is removed on the admin login page for installations using external authentication providers.
• Fixed spelling error.
