Enhancements

• PHP 8.1 support
• SQL Server database connections now have configurable encryption settings. Two new settings in the .env configuration file allow admins to optionally set the DB_ENCRYPT and DB_TRUSTSERVERCERTIFICATE settings.

Fixes

• Fixed spelling errors.
• Fixed the disable 2 factor function to allow admins to turn off 2 factor authentication if a staff member becomes locked out.
• Removed enable 2 factor button when admins are managing other users.
