New Features

HelpSpot has a brand new logo! We’ll be making more improvements to the look & feel of HelpSpot later this year, so stay tuned.
If an email is received with attachment that’s over the set limit, the request history will now make note of this.
Added a new admin notification when HelpSpot is updated.
When changing a user password, you can now log that user out of other sessions they may have in HelpSpot.
The auto categorization option in HelpSpot AI now makes it easier to enable AI for selected categories in the AI settings screen.

Fixed an issue with saved reports that caused duplicate folders to be created.
Fixed a bug with deleting a filter that was set as a user’s default workspace.
Fixed broken inline fonts in emails when the font name contained multiple words.
Fixed the sPortalName placeholder tag.
