12.6. Survey Management Permissions

Survey management access is controlled through the Manage Surveys permission in permission groups (Admin > Groups).

1. Administrators always have full access to create, edit, and manage surveys.
2. Non-admin staff need the Manage Surveys permission (fCanManageSurveys) enabled in their permission group to access the Admin > Surveys page.
3. Reports access is controlled separately through the existing Reports module permission. Any staff member with Reports access can view Survey Trends reports.

To enable survey management for a permission group:

1. Navigate to Admin > Groups.
2. Edit the desired permission group.
3. Check the Manage Surveys checkbox.
4. Save the group.
