Bug Fixes
- Word HTML in signatures breaks notes rendering: Fixed a regression introduced in 5.7.1 where staff signatures containing a full HTML document (for example, content pasted from Microsoft Word with
<head>and<body>tags) prevented notes from rendering correctly into request updates. Full-document signature HTML is now cleaned before being appended. - Email parser tags stripped when appended outside
<body>: Fixed a regression from the HTML sanitization changes in 5.7.0 where inbound emails whose templates appended##hs_customN:VALUE##parser-tag markers after the closing</body></html>would have those markers stripped during HTML cleaning, so the custom fields were never populated. Parser-tag markers are now preserved through the cleaning step regardless of their position in the message. - Reply-above parsing for the new Outlook: Replies sent from the new Outlook app on Windows were leaving the quoted
From / Sent / To / Subjectheader block above the reply-above marker. The reply-above parser now recognizes the newer Outlook header format and trims it cleanly. - Filter results crash with duplicate initial history rows: Filters displaying the Request Summary or Initial Request column no longer error out when a request has more than one history row flagged as the initial entry.
- Mailbox password cleared after editing other settings: Saving changes to a mailbox configuration (for example, updating the auto-reply) no longer wipes the stored password. The password field now behaves as the inline help describes — only re-enter it when you actually want to change it.
- Survey score column in emailed CSV reports: CSV attachments for the Survey Responses report delivered by scheduled email no longer include raw HTML around the score value, so the score column is usable directly in Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
- “Viewing” modal in dark mode: The modal showing which other staff are currently viewing a request now renders correctly under the dark theme.
Changes
- Survey scoring type locked after a survey is in use: The scoring type (CSAT, Customer Loyalty 0–10, or Thumbs Up/Down) can no longer be changed once a survey is active or has collected responses, so previously gathered scores can’t be silently reinterpreted under a different scale. The field is shown read-only on the edit form in that case, with an inline explanation.
Security
- Various security improvements.
