1.6. Sample Implementation: 37Signals Highrise

This PHP script allows integration between HelpSpot and Highrise using HelpSpot's Live Lookup API. Using Live Lookup staff can view customer details stored in Highrise directly from the request screen. The script also serves as an example of how Live Lookup can be used with another web service API in only a few lines of code.

Requirements

• PHP 5+
• PHP Curl Module installed

Installation

Download the file below and place on any web server in a location where HelpSpot can reach the file via HTTP. In HelpSpot set the location of the file in Admin->Settings->Live Lookup and integration is complete.
