Fixes

• Remove backslashes "\" from drop down lists custom fields.
• Allow target="_blank" in links created from WYSIWYG. 
• Fixed issue where IE was too aggressive in caching pages.
• Adjusted email parsing to account for signatures that had weird formatting.
