Bug Fixes

• Fix cookie expirations for tracking folder states in the workspace.
• Correct behavior of triggers when a customer is also a staff member. HelpSpot now appropriately evaluates the acting user condition.
• Fix HTML tags being stripped from request notes entered by a customer through a secondary portal.
• Fix workspace permission issue for “limited by category” permissions.
• Fixed error where limited to assigned category permission caused an error when a user was not assigned to any cateogories.
