1.4. Configuring Live Lookup To Run Automatically On All New Requests

If you'd like to configure Live Lookup to run automatically on all new requests, you'll need to create a trigger to do so.

Head to Admin, Triggers & Rules, and finally select Triggers.

On this screen, you'll want to create a trigger similar to the following image: 

This trigger is running on all new requests as soon as they're opened, and it's performing a Live Lookup with the source that's named 'Live Lookup' in this example.
